Sports are important, but sports are never health. I learned
this because if you push your body too hard, you get tired,
you can hurt an ankle, a hand, or more. But despite that,
sports can help us avoid diseases in the body in the long
term
🎀 Running techniques
Well, there are several,
such as running and taking long strides
(lunge) or taking short stepsas if your knee were a
spring. When you land,you land on your toes and heels, or you can also run with your heel touching your glutes
You need motivation,
which is the most important thing. As long
as someone motivates you, everything is fine. Because now, even youcan motivate yourself

important part of starting to run because the pain in your legs goes away, but breathing is very
important. That's why breathing will only improve if you run regularly. But

I've learned several things, such as that sports aren't about health and that
everything is mental. Also, things like howrunning helps you have better posture and relieves most of life's problems. It doesn't cure, but it does relieve.
I
